SCOTT WILCOX

SCOTT WILCOX

BUILDER

Scott founded W. with one focus: to be Australia's first national legacy private residential builder. Behind it sits 15 years experience in legacy home construction, building some of Australia's most ambitious homes.

His experience is sharpened by global learning at Oxford, Harvard, MIT and Stanford, and a network of entrepreneurs, technologists and investors built through YPO and worldwide summits. This mix of education and global perspective shapes how Scott leads: elegant craftsmanship on site, sophisticated execution behind it. He thinks systemically and solves for scale, bringing the rigour of a commercial contractor to homes that demand a personal hand.

ROSS MORESI

ROSS MORESI

CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR

Ross leads with one standard: build it right, or don't build it. He came up through every level of the trade, from carpenter to site manager to construction manager, before stepping into his current role as Construction Director, where he owns delivery across W's construction arm.

That ground-up path is his edge. He runs to one principle everywhere: high ownership, non-negotiable standards, zero gap between what's promised and what's delivered. Ross thinks in systems, the processes and people that let quality scale without slowing down, and brings commercial-grade discipline to a business built on craft.

Where Scott sets the vision, Ross builds the machine that delivers it: a leader forged on site, running construction with the same precision the homes demand.

LACHLAN COOPER

LACHLAN COOPER

COMMERCIAL MANAGER

Lachy's frame: ambition is sustainable when the commercial backbone is strong. Behind it sits 15 years in construction, ten at Multiplex, rising from cadet to Contracts Manager across everything from a $35 million Passivhaus to Australia 108, the country's tallest residential tower.

He then co-founded a Melbourne construction business, growing it past 30 people and 35 projects delivered, and led the commercial function as a director, providing the governance and discipline behind profitable growth.

Few have run a Tier 1 contractor's machinery and carried their own P&L. As Commercial Manager he owns contracts, margin and risk, leading the way he negotiates: firm on the position, straight with the person. The numbers hold because the relationships do. Where Scott sets the vision and Ross builds the machine, Lachy makes sure it holds.
